Helping couples find their way back to each other

As a relationship therapist, I’m passionate about helping couples feel more connected and understood. I love working with young couples who are just starting out and want to build strong, healthy ways of communicating that will last a lifetime. I also work closely with long-term couples who find themselves stuck in high conflict and negative cycles — the kind that leave you feeling more alone than together.

I get that life is hard. I’ve experienced the sharp edges of life too. And I know that deciding to come to therapy is an act of courage. Meeting someone you don’t know and sharing your hidden places can feel uncomfortable. From the very first session, I want therapy to feel welcoming and real.

My goal is to create a safe and compassionate space where you feel seen and accepted for who you truly are. My practice is trauma informed and LGBTQ+ affirming, inclusive, and welcoming to individuals and couples of all identities.

With a deep background in trauma work, I understand how past experiences and attachment styles can shape how we show up in our relationships. The foundation of my work is Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFT), a powerful, evidence-based approach that helps couples strengthen emotional bonds and shift out of painful patterns. I also draw from other transformational approaches, including AEDP (Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy), Parts Work inspired by Internal Family Systems (IFS), and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing). While these inform my work, EFT remains at the heart of how I help couples reconnect.

I hold a Bachelor's degree from Boston College and a Master’s in Social Work from Smith College.

Whether you're building a foundation or working to find your way back to each other, I’m here to walk with you — with warmth and depth every step of the way.

A winding road representing the journey to calm and clarity after relationship counseling.
